6 eggs
Grated rind of 2 oranges
Grated rind of 1 lemon
350g plain flour
50g cornflour
2 teaspoons baking powder
250ml orange juice
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Cara-caranya:-
� Cream the butter in a bowl, then incorporate 300g sugar, the vanilla, eggs, grated rind of 1 orange and � lemon. Sift the flour, cornflour and baking powder separately and add to the mixture. Turn the mixture into a fluted ring mould.
� Bake in preheated oven at 180 c for 1 hour. Turn out of the mould. Clean the mould, then replace the cake. Prick it in several places with a cocktail stick.
� Combine the orange and lemon juice with the remaining sugar and lemon rind. Pour half of the mixture over the cake, then turn the cake out of the mould. Prick the cake again with the cocktail stick, then sprinkle the rest of the mixture over it.
